Tools NEEDED for a FLAWLESS APPLICATION!

You ever wonder why when you put on your makeup it doesn't come out like the lady in the magazine? I'm almost positive its because of the brush you use if you use any at all!! Brushes are extremely important when applying makeup whether it be foundation, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow etc! There are so many brushes!!! I'm going to give you a list of some basic brushes essential for a great application!

Powder Brush: It's used for applying loose or pressed powder after foundation or alone! The powder brush is essential becuase it creates a flawless HD look!

Foundation Brush: It's used for applying liquid foundation! The foundation brush is essential because it doesn't absorb all of the product and leaves your face looking smooth!(Best in synthetic hair if not an HD Airbrush brush)

Concealer Brush: It's used for applying concealer ,eye primer or cream shadow! The concealer brush is essential because it also doesn't absorb the product and can hit the smaller imperfections!(Best in Synthetic hair)

Angled Blush Brush: It's used for applying blush and also contouring those places you don't want the light to hit!

Crease Brush:  It's used for blending out those harsh lines with eyeshadow! This brush essential if you want to have a smooth fabulous eyelook!

All over shadow brush: It's used for shadow all over the lid!

These are just a few of the basic brushes you need to have a flawless application! FYI Synthetic brushes are great for cream shadows, foundations, and concealer! NATURAL BRISTLES hold pigment longer so it's best for powders!

Brushes are expensive but honestly you can find a great brand at target called Sonia Kashuk and her brushes are awesome great for shadows! Sephora(Platinum line) , MAC, SIGMA, Japonesque, STILA, Smashbox and Laura Mercier all have AWESOME brushes!!! I hope this was helpful! Let me know if you have questions!

Product of the DAY!

First Aid Beauty also known as FAB has great products such as their Detox Eye Roller ball, good for puffiness and dark circles! Also they have the Ultra Repair Cream, good for extremely dry skin, you can use it for face and body! One of my favorite products from FAB is their Face Cleanser. This is a daily cleanser which removes surface oils, skin toxins, dirt and grime AND REMOVES MAKEUP!!!! It works great as a one step cleanser and brings your routine down a lot! It's paraben free and has no harsh chemicals!

It helps to even out the skin and also its deep cleansing helps to prevent acne! It's awesome for sensitive skin and it calms redness and irritation. This cleanser is VERY inexpensive for all the great things it does. It is $18 for a 5.oz bottle and it last for a very long time! It also works great with the Clarosonic! You can find it a Sephora! There is a kit that has all three products for $35! Check it out!

LORAC Behind the Scenes Eye Shadow Primer

This is MUST HAVE shadow primer when choosing any look to stand out, stay on, not crease etc. I have tried and use many primers such as Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Eye Insurance,  and MAC primer pot!

Those are all great shadow primers BUT I feel that the Lorac shadow primer stands out to be the best because it grabs the shadow and it stays on ALL day! It doesn't crease at all which adds on a plus and you only need a very SMALL amount! It is $20 and is the most expensive of the primers I've named BUT the tube is bigger than those. You can find this product at Lorac's website or at Sephora!

The natural eye is great FOR A CORPORATE JOB lol! I run into alot of ladies who are afraid of what it may look like on them! Never be afraid of how to try it!
